Our solution
Duivenvoorde uses the Warehouse Management module of the Adaption Logistics Cloud Suite to digitize and integrate the processes for the above services within the organization, customers, and carriers. They use the following functionalities:
- Automatic creation of orders from various webshop applications
- Send current stocks back to webshop applications
- Automatic settlement of warehouse rent for many customers
- Easy to send packages
- Link with SendCloud
- Making track & trace codes of parcel services available in the customer portal and external systems
- Create outbound orders from customer portals
- Giving the customer insight into current stocks via the portal
