Automatic declaration at customs
Adaption’s Logistics Cloud Suite supports the logistics processes of transport and warehousing of hazardous goods. Our Warehouse Management System integrates with local customs offices. When goods have a NCTS-, EMCS-, DSU-, or AGS status, a declaration is automatically processed. When you create a quotation or order containing hazardous goods, the system recognizes this. Surcharges for customs declaration are then automatically added to quotes.


A real-time warehouse – CRP connection
Chemicals need storage according to a pre-defined set of rules. As a hazardous goods warehouse, you need to meet strict safety and environmental requirements. When forwarding and warehousing hazardous goods, it is imperative to have insight into the exact location of these goods. Our software has a direct link with the Central Registration Point of Hazardous Goods. In case of an emergency or dangerous situation, appropriate authorities will automatically be alarmed. All hazardous goods stored and in transport need to be registered and administered through a central software system.
Our software solutions enable you to do so. Through integration with OIGS, the information on stock and location shows in real-time. It also ensures you are no longer required to print your journal and put it in the KESO-case.

The NBK Customer Portal provides customers self-service, which makes the customer depend less on NBK. By simply logging in to the Customer Portal, the customer can look into its invoices and all necessary stock information.
Obtaining and retaining an AEO license made easy
When you participate in European trade, an AEO license provides great benefits. The conditions to be granted this license are financial health and a well-organized administration. This license ensures fewer physical and documental checks and that you acquire priority when checked/ audited. An AEO status might also create a competitive advantage and attracts new customers. The software of Adaption helps with being granted and retaining an AEO license. Our software ensures that you can monitor all processes within the warehouse. Hazardous good table
We have added a complete hazardous goods table to our software solutions. Featured versions of the codes are from 2010, 2015 and 2017 versions. These codes are available as core data in our software. Standard fields in our software are ADR, UN No., Class, Classification Code, Labels, Packing Group, Transport Category and Tunnel Restriction Code. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the ADR language from the description. Because of this, certain documents such as the CMR are always available in the correct language.
Transport Management for chemical carriers
For our client HOYER, we implemented a Transport Management System for forwarding ADR goods. HOYER is a specialist in the transportation of chemicals, and its clients are big chemical companies such as BASF, Dow, DuPont, Ineos, Arkema and Bayer. The addition of a few vital functions makes the transport of ADR goods easy from beginning to end. The software contains an automatic driver check. This function checks the driver’s documents and verifies his permits to load and unload at customers and customer sights.

HOYER’s TMS contains a link with Ortec. Drive instructions are printed and or easily shown onto the board computer. This function lets the driver know where, and how, goods need to be loaded and unloaded.
