Our way of working
We don’t want to just deliver software—we want to understand and solve your logistics challenge. That’s why we work with a consistent, transparent approach where collaboration is key. Here’s a step-by-step guide to how we do that:
Step 1: What is your biggest challenge, and why are you seeking a solution?
It’s not about features for us, it’s about what you truly need. In a first conversation or demo, we focus on just one question:
“What is your number one problem right now?”
And why do you want to solve it now? We analyze your processes, listen actively, and determine whether our Logistics Cloud Suite can make the difference.

Step 2: Scope & Requirements

We map out exactly what you need. Which processes do you want to improve? What are the conditions? What integrations are necessary? This phase forms the foundation of the process and prevents surprises.
Step 2b: Use Cases: Building success together
Use cases bring your requirements to life through realistic scenarios. But we don’t do this alone. Only through close collaboration between your team and ours can we truly translate your reality into smart software. Together, we lay the groundwork for a successful implementation.
Step 3: A solution that truly fits your process (BUS)
Sometimes your situation calls for specific functionality not yet in our standard software. Instead of temporary workarounds, we build a solution that precisely fits your process. We do this through a BUS: Paid Extension of the Standard.
The benefit? You get a powerful, sustainable solution fully integrated into the standard software. No isolated custom code, but a robust extension that is maintained, tested, and developed further, resulting in maximum stability, future-proofing, and a system that truly fits your needs.
Step 3b: Development (Leaflet): We build specifically for you
When development is required, our developers work purposefully for you. We translate your need into a concrete, technically sound solution. We document the development process in a Leaflet: a clear whitepaper offering transparent insight into the decisions made and the functionality of the extension.
Step 3c: Test & Acceptance
Together we test whether the solution performs as it should. Is it stable? User-friendly? Functional? Only when you fully agree do we move on to the configuration.

Step 4: Configuration of the Logistics Cloud Suite
Our software adapts to your workflows, not the other way around. In this phase, we fully configure the system—from user rights and dashboards to integrations with external systems. Everything is tailored to your organization.

Step 4b: Go-Live Acceptance Test
We perform a full acceptance test in the live environment. Everything is reviewed one final time in the exact configuration you’ll be using. No surprises, just certainty.
Step 4c: Training
A system is only valuable if you can use it effectively. That’s why we train your team practically, purposefully, and role-specific. That way, you start with confidence.
Step 5: Go-Live: your solution is live
This is when your challenges are truly solved. From now on, you can work more efficiently, maintain control over your processes, and rely on a stable system that scales with you. Our consultants are on standby to support you during the go-live.
Step 6: Customer Support & Success
After go-live, we stay actively involved. You get access to our support desk and a dedicated contact person for optimizations and inquiries.
We ensure you get the most out of your solution—now and in the future.
Continued Development: Standard software that keeps growing

We continue to innovate. At least three times a year, we release new versions with improvements, extensions, and updates. What seems like custom work today may be standard tomorrow. This way, the software grows with your ambitions—and those of the market.
