Lubbers Logistics Group and Adaption have initiated a collaboration to further professionalize and digitize complex logistics and project-based processes. As a new client, Lubbers is taking a significant step toward greater control, visibility, and scalability in transport and project management. Adaption’s Logistics Cloud Suite serves as the central platform in this partnership.

Who is Lubbers Logistics Group?
Lubbers Logistics Group specializes in organizing and executing complex projects that bring together logistics, transport, crane work, rentals, and in-house staff. Lubbers’ projects are characterized by a high degree of complexity, multiple involved parties, and various transport modalities, both nationally and internationally.
With Lubbers Logistics Group, the organization focuses specifically on project-based trajectories where planning, collaboration, cost control, and progress monitoring are essential. To better support these processes and enable further growth, Lubbers sought one integrated solution that encompasses both transport and project management.
How does Adaption support Lubbers?
Adaption supports Lubbers with the Logistics Cloud Suite, a modular and cloud-based SaaS solution. Within this suite, the platform brings together TMS, FMS, and project functionality in one integrated environment.
The Logistics Cloud Suite supports the integration of transport, projects, finance, documentation, and collaboration in one central platform. This offers real-time insight, structured processes, and extensive reporting capabilities. Lubbers will use this support to better align internal teams and external partners and gain more control over costs, revenues, and progress.
For Lubbers Logistics Group, the solution offers comprehensive project management functionality for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects, including the deployment of contractors, rental companies, and in-house employees. The solution will be set up as the central system for the project organization.
Ready for Go-Live
Over the past months, intensive work has been done on the setup, development, and testing of the solution. Since January 1, 2026, the system has officially gone live within Lubbers Projects BV. With Adaption’s Logistics Cloud Suite, Lubbers now has one integrated platform that brings insight, control, and efficiency to both transport and project management, and that is ready for further growth and complexity.
This collaboration is currently in the implementation and start-up phase. Once the solution has been in use for a longer period and concrete results are visible, a detailed customer case will follow.
