An instruction set is a collection of predefined steps, checks, or questions linked to a service such as loading, unloading, or performing VAS tasks. These sets can be fully customized for each customer and offer maximum flexibility in execution.
These digital work instructions support flawless and uniform execution of all services such as loading, unloading, repacking, labeling, or other specific customer actions. By linking instruction sets to digital work cards (Value Added Service Order Cards) or printed tasks, your team always works according to the correct steps – tailored to your process, customer and/or product type.
Thanks to integration with the Adaption Scan App, employees can follow these instructions directly on their mobile device or handheld scanner, without paper checklists or separate tools.
You can set that certain actions can only be completed once all required checks are performed. Think of checking packaging, temperature, or labels.
Example: Before an employee may ship a batch, they must confirm the number of packages matches the packing slip.
Instruction sets can contain questions that must be answered by the executing employee. For example, about the duration of a task, the number of processed pallets, or materials used.
Example: After repacking goods, the employee must report how many boxes were processed and how much time it took.
There can be space for comments, for example in case of deviations or additional information. This improves internal communication and traceability.
Example: In case of damage to a pallet, the employee can immediately add a comment and optionally upload a photo via the linked Scan App.
The system can automatically register costs based on the execution of an instruction set. Think of labor time, use of stickers, or other consumables.
Example: For each execution of a ‘labeling’ instruction, €0.25 in stickers and 5 minutes of labor are automatically recorded on the VAS Order Card.
