Bug-free software

We have a unique way of working that makes it possible to deliver bug-free software. Before delivering the software, we test all the functionalities. We use automatic testing and manual testing. Using both testing methods ensures software is bug-free. Before we deliver, we want to be sure the software is bug-free. If a bug slips our attention, we will fix this bug immediately and free of charge

Always up-to-date software

Choosing a new software supplier usually means a sizable investment of time and money. You want to ensure the chosen software solution(s) seamlessly cover your requirements and needs. To accomplish this, it often requires the development of custom software. Usually, it means you don’t have access to periodic updates. All our software solutions are cloud solutions offered through SaaS licensing. Because our solutions are cloud-based, you get guaranteed periodical software updates. Every three months, an update is released. Once you implement the solution, you experience cost-free and carefree updates and upgrades and the addition of functionalities.

Super Security

When transporting your goods, one of the main priorities is to make sure it is protected against theft and other liabilities throughout the transportation process. At Adaption, we value security and maintain a strict security policy. Our server is located in a super secured environment in Amsterdam a place “the Bunker”. It meets all the requirements of the European Legislation and more. The security of this environment exists of 250 HD-camera’s and the use of biometric security methods. We not only have excellent physical security; also excellent digital security is ensured. We make use of multiple internet connections and redundant firewalls. The physical server runs on a virtual machine that runs on a shared secured hard drive by RAID.

99% Up time

System failures, errors or unstable software have a detrimental effect on your daily business. Users get frustrated and dissatisfied, and daily activities and processes are obstructed. Time and money are lost. Our Software runs on a very reliable server in Amsterdam. As this server has different backup and failover options we are able to guarantee 99% up-time. In case something goes wrong, the server will be up-and-running on another server within 5 minutes.
